Web Design Brief
Please see two files uploaded. One is my new LOGO (thanks Spalva) and the other gives the wording and pages desired. Of course I am open to suggestions to further enhance what I'm about. I don't want testimonials or houses to buy to appear but to have room for them when I'm ready. I am a real estate investor not a licensed real estate agent. For FAQ i want just the questions to appear and when they click on the question the answer appears and when they click on the question again the answer disappears. make sense? When you read my wording and my idea of pages you'll get an idea of what I'm about. Suggestions are welcomed.

Requirements
Must have
- FAQ pages only questions appear. They click on question the answer appears underneath. they click on question again, the answer disappears. Also, I of course, want my new LOGO to appear on each page I don't know if it will look better all by itself or blended in somehow? Call now 301-123-4567 on each page also. I will get a real phone number before website goes live. If you have a better way of wording what I'm describing please let me know, I am open to feedback
Nice to have
- Anything that the average homeowner can relate to (yea I know, that doesn't help you much, right?)
- Testimonial page and houses to buy page could be done with just the shell ready in the wings for when my business grows it will be ready all that it would need then are the wording and pictures to be uploaded onto the website page. make sense?
Should not have
- I don't want it too elegant or rich looking as I believe my audience will be mostly the average homeowner who needs help
