What is the difference between coded and uncoded? Does this mean I won't be looking at other pages? Because of my low offer? I obviously did not do my homework. Any explanation you can provide would be appreciated.

Coding can work in next stage at added fair price once design selected.
This way you can give fair chance to designers else half designers would not likre to work on this

I just spoke with DesignCrowd my bid covers homepage and up to 3 pages. If I can bid more down the line I will. Hopefully, I will get some designers willing to take a look for that amount. Thank you for your advice.

Yes Homepage for now. Next step will be up to 3 more pages. No coding. I will have to get someone else to code and activate all the pages once they are done here.

I am a real estate investor the majority of the homes that I buy are in foreclosure. The home owners usually have a lot of repairs that need to be made but that are too expensive for them to afford having them done. I'm concerned that the homes that you are displaying are too nice and it will steer my home owners away from working with me. I am not a real estate agent. Most home owners I work with are struggling financially. So I don't want a "fancy" home page. I'm sorry I guess I wasn't clear about this. Thanks again for working with me.
