Yes I think that would be great.
I would also accept a one sided A5 design.
I just need to get-out there quickly!

I thought a folded A5 would offer more info and an A4 poster would offer just the basic info but be more visually arresting.
You are the pros though and I am really keen for your best judgement.
A4 and A5 just seem the easiest format to post and display?

What about photos of students? How do we get content ownership of the photos of pupils that and teacher figure in the flyer if one needs.

If we are not to add any photos of people, than the flyer might seem very limited!

Please choose anything from the website or brochure you think will sell our concept.
You can copy the low res and we will replace with high res in Publisher or CS5.

Alternatively you can ask for a high res of your choice to be uploaded....OR

Since we are promoting the opening of a section for 12-14 year olds but don't have any yet to showcase...perhaps a stockphoto that is keeping with our image?

We have the permission to use all pics on the website, brochure and Flickr site (linked on homepage) for promotional purposes. Please specify if you think something especially fits the bill.

Hello. It seems that you are asking us to "inform about the new expansion" etc.
Wouldn't it be easier for both parts if you gave us a text to work with?
Like do you just want us to write in big letters "WE HAVE EXPANDED" or what?
If you'd give us a more organized, structured and complete text to work with, then this wouldn't be so confusing.
And maybe you'd get more than 0 designs. :)
