Hi, I am new to this also, it is a great site. I was under the impression you submit a design idea and if you are chosen you work with the project owner after to tweak any changes. Would be interested to know what design crowd said about this.

I should have submitted a design...jeez...none of you seemed to read the breif..or understand it!
