Thank you Hania - I like the design direction you are going in. See my Brief update for some more feedback. Of the two options (fighter and giraffe), I am leaning more towards the giraffe. Specifically on your giraffe - I like the style with the colourful neck. It needs more personality though. Right now it's more of a symbol than a character and I want a character. You will see in the update to the brief, I have suggested combining the "fight" and the "be smart" strategies into the giraffe character, so, head above the smog (reflecting the clever approach) but with a martial arts headband (the fighter). You can be a little playful with it too. If, for example, there were two giraffes, the more prominent one could have a headband and the other could be wearing Raybans! Just a thought :-)
I like your style (like you my style is to be more suggestive and minimalist too) but for this project I think we have to make it more obvious that their heads are above the smog. Grey underneath and blue and bright and sunny above. You can zoom in on the neck and head a bit more as well - gives more opportunity to bring character to it. The picture I attached with the Brief update is actually a good representation of what I think we might be after - but obviously stylised to make it our own. Hope this helps and we can take i a stage further. Regards - Mike.
