Logo Design Brief
I'm doing this for my dad. He makes really cool rustic wood furniture and sometimes adds a modern touch to it. We really liked the logos you did for Second Milled Furniture Co and that's how i found this site. We like the circle look and a bunch of the finalists you did. I'll try to upload a board array of things to give you an idea. He will want to use the logo as a stamp to burn into the wood furniture. He lives on Bainbridge Island, WA so he has "builtonbainbridge.com." Built on Bainbridge is the main title. The tag line / subtitle of "Something Old, Something New" could be integrated but doesn't have to be. This logo will be used by both my dad and mom, but primarily my dad. He makes furniture and home good from reclaimed wood, repurposed iron, etc. My mom makes jewelry from old jewelry, braking it a apart to make something new. So "Furniture - Jewelry - Home Goods - could be integrated as well. The look of the logo should incorporate this feeling of "vintage / old fashioned meets modern". I've added the second milled examples we liked, some from google we liked and some my wife made.
