Just to clarify, The title and first paragraph has "Built on Bainbridge"

but the requirements/comments section further down states "The words "Build on Bainbridge" is a must have."

Please let me know which it is and I will adjust the draft as needed (Sorry if I picked the wrong one) - similarly the website linked did not work for me, so I was unable to look for anything more specific to your company/branding,
