Tattoo Design Brief

I'm looking for a tattoo design that incorporates a large Pilipino Sun over my left chest that includes interwoven images of Arise and Virgo at the top and then two Scorpios and a Taurus inside and interwoven with the sun using colors of blue, red, yellow and black. (see the concept rough image)
I would then like this design to incorporate water and waves surrounding the sun and then enveloping my shoulder down to my elbow. I tend to like Japanese-type water and design and really like colors and shades of blue, green and black in the water with whatever images you think would work well. Please see inspiration photos attached.

Requirements

Must have

• an incorporation of the Pilipino Sun with the astrological signs of my family interwoven into the Sun. Then, have the design evolve with a water/wave/ocean theme through my arm to the elbow.

Nice to have

• I would like to see the use of color in this tattoo to include shades of blue, yellow, green red grey and black
