By shoulder do you mean your back shoulder like in the triple image in your attachment? Is that the shape/coverage you're going for?

Design-wise: All of the star sign creature go on the chest with the Sun, correct? Just water and waves on the back/shoulder and arm down to elbow.

Thank you for your question. I did mean for this to be the top and front/side of shoulder and arm. I'm not looking for the back and I'm sorry for the confusion added by the third image of the triple image I added.
