Logo Design Brief

We have an existing logo for our company Villa 25. We are a property management, holiday rentals and real estate company.

We have two divisions: Villa 25 Escapes and Villa 25 Properties and originally, they each separately appeared under Villa 25. We then decided to remove them and just make things easier and simply go with Villa 25. We also dropped the background colour and border but ever since we decided to do that, it's fallen flat and lost its identity. Our idea behind removing the background was to modernise it (and to also help cut down on print costs) but we've not been able to find a colour/look that feels right. We're about to move into a new office space and will have exterior signage and interior branding and think we need to revisit the logo colours. Our slogan is: "welcome to peace of mind" We're hoping DesignCrowd can help.

Nice to have

• If you have an idea for a whole new logo design, don't be afraid to submit that :) Or if you think the 25 would look better in a different position. Just always think about all the different formats, especially social media favicons... long rectangular designs just won't work because we'd have to resize them to the point where you can't even read them anymore. Also think how the logo would look without the slogan (it won't always be printed together).
