NEW Colour & Styling Options for Existing Logo

This is what Villa 25 and slogan: welcome to peace of mind was looking for in their logo design

We have an existing logo for our company Villa 25. We are a property management, holiday rentals and real estate company.

We have two divisions: Villa 25 Escapes and Villa 25 Properties and originally, they each separately appeared under Villa 25. We then decided to remove them and just make things easier and simply go with Villa 25. We also dropped the background colour and border but ever since we decided to do that, it's fallen flat and lost its identity. Our idea behind removing the background was to modernise it (and to also help cut down on print costs) but we've not been able to find a colour/look that feels right. We're about to move into a new office space and will have exterior signage and interior branding and think we need to revisit the logo colours.
