We need a logo design for my company website that stresses making lifestyle changes for better heath. I am an author, health coach and nutritional expert. My passion is to re-examine the tools we have been using to help people lead healthier lives and overcome the challenges we are up against – images created by the fitness industry, commercialism in gyms, and pressure from those selling the latest diet or exercise fad. We are also fighting body/brain chemistry, human nature, and fast food. Finally, we have to contend with our own busy lives and current lifestyles.
I have written two books including "The End of Try Try Again." I write multiple blogs, and have a coaching business to promote. My previous logo is no longer relevant. Previously, the website was focused on fitness. Now the emphasis is on coaching for lifestyle change. Would like black, red, or gold colors. Prefer horizontal orientation for website fit.
Kristen is deeply passionate about science, exercise, and nutrition, but her true
love lies in learning. With multiple certifications and a graduate degree in Exercise Physiology, she remains dedicated to staying abreast of the latest trends and research. Having spent years in a Physical Therapy Clinic, Kristen gained invaluable insights into the intricacies of human anatomy and rehabilitation post-injury.
The logo should project energy and movement, and a sense of well-being.
