Hi Sarah-Jane,

Thank you so much for the detailed feedback it’s incredibly helpful and clear. I completely understand the direction you’re aiming for, and your notes make perfect sense. I’ll send over the updated version once these adjustments are in place for your review.

Thanks again for your thoughtful guidance I really appreciate your clarity and vision for this piece.

Best regards,

I added some images to the original brief. Hopefully you can see them there. Let me know if you need any others.

Thanks for sending the second draft (assuming that was you?). I want to make sure we’re aligned before moving further:
1. Format – This is laid out as a tri-fold, but our project is for a bi-fold brochure. Can you confirm whether you designed this version or if it came from somewhere else?
2. Content – The copy in this draft doesn’t match the exact words we provided. This is critical: the language must be used exactly as supplied. Please don’t rewrite, shorten, or substitute text, as every word was chosen carefully. I also noticed repetition in the offer section, which wasn’t in the original text — can you clarify why that change was made?
3. Images – I supplied 5–6 specific Beyond Fitness images to be used in the design. Those must be the only non-golf photos. You’re welcome to add stock golf images if they enhance the feel, but for Beyond Fitness representation, please only use the ones we’ve provided. If you feel any of them don’t work, let me know and I can supply alternatives.
4. The Offer – The exclusive invitation and the choice of complimentary golf-specific sessions are the most important part of this piece. That section needs to stand out visually as the central feature of the brochure. Right now it feels a bit lost in the design, when it really should be the focus.

The goal is to keep this brochure premium, simple, and authentic to Beyond Fitness. Can you confirm you’ll be working within these directions for the next draft?

Thanks,
Sarah-Jane

Hi Sarah-Jane,

I just wanted to clarify that I haven’t sent the second version yet. I’m currently finalizing the latest updates, and I expect to be done in about 45 minutes. It wasn’t me who sent a second file. Thank you so much for your patience, and I’ll send the updated version shortly.

Thanks again, and talk to you soon!

Also, to avoid these kinds of inconveniences, feel free to message me privately on DesignCrowd, as it’s allowed according to their guidelines. This way, we can prevent any misunderstandings.

Thanks again, and talk to you soon!

Hi,
I understand you’re considering switching from a trifold to a bifold. Just to highlight, one advantage of the trifold is that it’s compact, cost-effective, and easy to carry around perfect for slipping into pockets or small bags. That said, if you do prefer the bifold, that’s absolutely fine, and I’ll adjust the design accordingly. I’ve already completed the updates and modifications you requested, but I do need one or two additional images of your gym to finalize everything.

Please let me know which format you’d like to proceed with, so I can tailor the design accordingly. Also, feel free to let me know about any other updates or changes you have in mind. I’m here to ensure the brochure has that premium look you’re aiming for.

Looking forward to your feedback!

• Reduce back and joint pain with targeted stability work
• Walk off the 18th green feeling strong, not sore

This isn’t generic gym training — it’s science-based coaching tailored to golfers.

• Cream background, green headings, black/dark body for readability.

To redeem: Contact Beyond Fitness directly. This invitation is limited and not available to the public.

Design direction:
• This panel must be the visual hero of the brochure.

• Use a subtle gold box or keyline to frame the entire offer section.

Hello Sarah

I hope you’re doing well. I’ve meticulously followed the latest updates you provided, and I’ve completed the design accordingly. Now, I’m looking forward to your feedback so we can move forward with the project.

Just a reminder, once we finalize the brochure, we’ll proceed with the business card, applying the same style to ensure consistency. I’m here to make sure everything goes smoothly and that your instructions are perfectly implemented.

Hi again, I have no idea where to go to find the most recent version. Perhaps you can send it to me another way as I have gone through every page here and I cannot find it. I do not find this platform very user-friendly or easy to navigate so perhaps you could send all drafts to WhatsApp instead? If that’s not possible, perhaps you can help me navigate to where the most recent version is as I am not finding it anywhere.

Thanks very much

by Mesotoday on Sunday, October 12, 2025

I completely understand, the platform can sometimes be a bit tricky to navigate. Unfortunately, DesignCrowd doesn’t allow direct file sharing or communication outside of the platform (such as via WhatsApp), but I’ll guide you through how to find the most recent version easily. Go to the Designs tab on our project page.

Scroll down to see the entries my latest design should appear at the top or be marked as the most recent submission.

You can click the image to open it in full size, then use the download or zoom options if needed.

If it still doesn’t appear, I can re-upload the most recent version right now so it shows up first in your feed that usually makes it easier to find.

Please let me know if you’d like me to re-upload it for visibility I’ll take care of it right away.

Best regards,
