T-shirt Design Brief
We are looking for a new T-Shirt design. I have attached a image of how the name appears on the boat. The name of the boat is Chompers. The theme of the name has always been that the C in chompers is larger and is taking a bite out of the h in the next of the name. This is a classic design that we have used and it is very recognizable. So we want to keep this. The boat is made be regulator. So for the long sleeve shirt we want Regulator down the sleeve in the standard regulator font in a silver.
On the front of the shirt over the left chest area we are looking to utilize a smaller version of the logo. On the back of the shirt we are looking to take the name and develop it into a new logo. The boat is located in Central NJ and we primarily fish for striped bass inshore and offshore for tuna. We are not looking for scantly dressed women, no pirates, no bloody fish. A very PG rated shirt that could be worn by women and children as well.
Be imaginative. We are looking for something different. It needs to be able to be printed on t-shirts as well as UV shirts, so colors that hold up well to printing as well as being out in the sun!

Target Market(s)
I am looking for a shirt that resonate with hard core fishermen. I am not looking for a cartoon based image here and any reference to fishing have to accurate to the boat and fish that we target. Chompers is a Regulator 29' center console. We largely target Tuna and Striped bass.

Requirements
Must have
- I really like our current logo and I want it to be incorporated onto the breast of the shirt in some manner and the regulator in the regulator font needs to be on the left arm. And only the left arm.
The logo on the back is really what the new design is about. I really like some of the ideas that were provided with the big C with the teeth from our original logo and would be interested to see how that theme plays out. Here is a website of some truly legendary boats shirts for reference points. https://redtunashirtclub.com/shirts/archive/
Nice to have
- I am liking the idea of having some image that wraps from the front of the shirt offset to the back. Once again I am not really sure how that plays out and how that can be printed on shirts but I like the idea and I am interested to see how that could be incorporated into the overall design.
Should not have
- It should not be a cartoon, or a shirt with stock images and generic images of boats. If the boat is used it needs to be Regulator 29; ours is white in color with a black boot striping, outriggers and twin yamaha outboards (not that this is important).
Needs to look very professional and be a logo that we can develop a brand around. Think hats, shirts, visors etc.
