what is the font name you are using in the word 'regulator'? I have some similar ones that look the same - is it ok to use them or do you want the specific font already used?

Sorry, everyone please check out the brief I have made a bunch of edits providing a ton more detail.  I have extended the deadline and I have eliminated all of the designs that were not going down the right track.  The ones that are left are the ones that have the basis of the elements of a design.
