Wordpress Design Brief
We need a web design for an apartment building in Sydney Australia called 'Bayview' using the registered domain www.bayviewelizabethbay.com.au The website will be a source of information for all owners & occupiers, purchasers & real estate agents. We'd like the web design to be very simple and user friendly. Some pages will be static and others will be interactive. The site will allow people to access building information e.g. administration contact details, house rules & procedures and also be able to register to receive a newswire about building works/maintenance etc. Interactive pages will include a self administering application processes where applicants would need to enter details and check/tick boxes accepting or confirming certain criteria and, where applicable, pay a security bond, before the system would issue approval e.g. keeping a pet, storing a bicycle, moving in/out, renovations/upgrade works etc. The website will have links to external services & information e.g. local council etc. The home page and deeper pages should be visually pleasing and contain pics of the building and/or it's harbour side location. The font in attached image2311 features on a building's name plaque. It should also use relevant friendly pictures to support text headings that identify the different areas of the website they can be taken to e.g keeping pets, moving in/out etc (example pics attached).
