Apartment building website (fully coded website)

We need a web design for an apartment building in Sydney Australia called 'Bayview' using the registered domain www.bayviewelizabethbay.com.au The website will be a source of information for all owners & occupiers, purchasers & real estate agents. We'd like the web design to be very simple and user friendly. Some pages will be static and others will be interactive.
