Bass Boat Refurbishment Business

This is what Wal-Man Boats was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo design for a new business that takes old, beat-up bass fishing boats and refurbishes them for resale. The owners of the business are two young, fun, and personable men and we would like the design to reflect that. The original logo will be just Wal-Man Boats, but we would also like to include a couple of tag line variations:
