Autonomous machinery conversions business needs a logo design

This is what Perpetual - Autonomous Machinery Conversions was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo designed for our company based in Australia called Perpetual Autonomy Pty Ltd. Our core business is converting equipment and machinery (mowers, tractors, agricultural vehicles) into fully autonomous vehicles using our autopilot hardware. We would like the following incorporated in our design:

- The name Perpetual
- The slogan "Autonomous Vehicle Conversions"
- Dark blue, navy on white theme
- Simplistic, clean logo - sharp lines, minimal graphics and a focus on the text
- Italicised text
- Minimal use of shapes, focus on text
