The business aggregates the audit work of SMSF's controlled by accountants and financial planning firms to an online platform (the exchange) that SMSF audit specialist firms then bid for large tranches of business on a periodic basis. The exchange is likely to drive consolidation in the audit industry and reduce fees for the benefit of accountants, financial planners and fund trustees.
