Hi. We would like to put up some posters around the office with quotations such as -
-"Do what you do so well that they will want to see it again and bring their friends."- Walt Disney
-Make your customers feel heard and understood. Make your customers feel respected and liked. Make your customers feel appreciated and helped. Understand that you can do none of these things unless you are sincere about them.
